X376 uploads the virus by linking with Max's chest port.
At the Makino Destroyer orbiting Earth, Makino tells Mega Metal Elementor that he needed Steel under his control. The general introduces their solution: the Ultralink X376 who was going to personally deliver a reconfiguring virus to Max Steel. The villainous Ultralink introduces himself, and heads to Earth.
While Max and Steel are heading to Copper Canyon High School with the Turbo Cycle at high speed, X376 locates them and flies in their direction. He successfully links with Max's chest, causing him to fall off the motorcycle. Max removes the Ultralink from him, and throws him at the sewers.
A heavily damaged X376 later on contacts Mega Metal Elementor, telling him that he had succeeded. Due to his defective state, it is likely that X376 perished.
Appearance[]
X376 has a striking resemblance with Steel. He has red and silver on his armor and a spiky look to it.
Personality[]
X376, like other Ultralinks, have an undying loyalty to Makino, stating that he would serve him even if his mission caused his end.
Abilities[]
Linking Abilities: Like other beings of his kind, X376 is able to link with objects or living beings to create a mutant or monster.
Arsenal[]
Reprogramming Virus: X376 had a reconfiguration virus capable of rebooting Steel, which would put him under Makino's control. However, Max and Steel's strong link botched the virus, causing them to switch bodies.
Trivia[]
X376's voice actor is unknown, as he is not mentioned on the credits of Reprogrammed.
Unlike Steel, who appears as a stylized M-shaped logo, X376's entire body was visible when linked to Max's chest.
Besides his body structure, X376 has a similar identification code compared to Steel, who is referred as "N'Baro Aksteel X377".
The extended synopsis of Reprogrammed reveals that X376 was created based on the information that Makino gathered during Steel's dissection in Makino Strikes Part Two.[1]
References[]
↑Makino has learned much from his encounter when he started torturing/dissecting Steel. Makino has created what he thinks is the programming antidote to Steel's anomaly and reboot him. However the reprogramming fails and does something even stranger.
