Turbo Pulse is a move that Max Steel is able to use to blast away enemies. This is common in the series and it appears in the series a lot of times. Max and Miles Dredd both have this, but they are both different. Max needs Steel for it, and Dredd only uses his T.U.R.B.O Energy. Turbo Pulse is very strong and can cause damage and throw away the enemies.
Action
First, Steel has to disengage from Max and be in his hands. Then Max has to supply Steel some T.U.R.B.O Energy. Then Steel will release a powerful burst of T.U.R.B.O Energy that will impact surrounding forces. For Dredd, he stretches his arms out and then the T.U.R.B.O Energy is released, making the Turbo Pulse for Dredd.
