Turbo Pulse is a strong move that Max Steel is able to use to blast away enemies.
Besides Max Steel, Miles Dread also has this move, but the execution is different, though that the move has the same name.
Action
First, Steel has to disengage from Max and be in his hands, then, he supply Steel with some T.U.R.B.O. Energy, later releasing a powerful burst of T.U.R.B.O. Energy, that will impact surrounding forces.
For Dread, he stretches his arms out and then the Negative T.U.R.B.O. Energy is released, alongside with black projectiles.
