After Max managed to get Steel's right arm, he linked with him and created Turbo Hunter Mode. Shortly after, Steel successfully created three receivers that Max would implant in La Fiera, Tempestra and C.Y.T.R.O. in order to bring them back. Max easily launched the first receiver on La Fiera, but had trouble in implanting on C.Y.T.R.O. and especially Tempestra, who managed to get the attention of the rest of Max's team and tried to destroy him. Eventually, after Max managed to bring his friends back, they still retained their powers and a mental link was created between them (also making them pronounce things at the same time), which made Max angry. After Max and his team got out from the sewers, Max transformed into Turbo Prime Mode to go to Mortum's base.
- Superhuman Strength: Max is stronger than an average individual, mainly because of his T.U.R.B.O. Energy.
- Stealthiness: Max's agility and furtiveness are increased to hunt his enemies. His armor is also dark colored, which helps him to blend with the shadows with ease.
- Blaster: When Max uses this mode, he gets a blue blaster. He used it to implant the receivers on his friends in order to save them. Steel can also link with it in order to upgrade it into a staff capable of launching T.U.R.B.O. Energy bursts.
- It is one of few mode of Max Steel's arsenal which doesn't have any kind of special ability, instead, it only comes with a gun.
