Turbo Chopper Mode is C.Y.T.R.O.'s second Turbo Vehicle Mode. With this mode, C.Y.T.R.O. gets the ability of flight. It debuted on Team Turbo.

After the Team Turbo arises, C.Y.T.R.O. creates Turbo Chopper Mode to fight against the Elementors. He easily takes down Fire and Water Elementors with missiles. Later on, C.Y.T.R.O. is accidentally hit by a lightning spear made by Tempestra, which supposedly should hit Air Elementor.
Later on, C.Y.T.R.O. activates Turbo Chopper Mode once again to fight against Firestorm Elementor alongside with Tempestra. After Extroyer and Toxzon are defeated, Metallak and Water fuses themselves with Firestorm and create Mega-Elementor, who overpowers Team Turbo. Max suggests to his allies to attack the Elementors altogether, which works.
C.Y.T.R.O. later on goes to Mortum's hideout, where he uses his blaster to destroy one of the shield generators hidden in the base.

When Max Steel turbo charges C.Y.T.R.O..’s Connect-Tek enhanced robotics, C.Y.T.R.O. can go Turbo Vehicle modes – like Turbo Chopper! In this mode, this powerhouse member of Team Turbo deploys dual-bladed propellers and is armed with heavy-duty missile launchers. He can hover above the fray and rain down an aerial attack. C.Y.T.R.O. can now be Team Turbo’s eye in the sky![1]
