Toxzon Toxic Bacteria is one of the transformations of Toxzon. This transformation is a purple transformation, which was some toxin that he made to turn a normal human, into a toxic freak like him, which he absorbed and then made a new mode. With this transformation, he controlled Molly McGrath, and also turned her into Toxziana. This transformation had not been seen with claws, but can shoot toxins and can create purple Goopaniods (Toxic Bacteria Goopaniods). His weakness is salt water, which can kill toxic bacteria when there is enough salt water to kill it. Then his tanks broke from his Suit, and also lost Fishy. It was once again seen in Gone Fishin', when Berto explained to N-Tek how he must had survived (Which was showed as a little memory or something of Toxzon). Toxzon Toxic Bacteria was sinking in the water, then landed on top of a Radioactive Waste Container, as Toxzon Neutralized. Then when he saw the contatiner, he opened it and then he turned into Toxzon Radioactive, which was a new mode of Toxzon. This transformation first appeared in The Secret Admirer.

The evil Toxzon was planning on making a virus. A virus that could turn a normal human being, into a toxic freak, like Toxzon. So then, he made the virus, and then he absorbed that virus. Then the virus created a new mode for him, known as Toxzon Toxic Bacteria.

- There is a Deluxe Turbo Battler about this mode, which was released before this mode was released in the series.
- The Action Figure, Rapid Attack Toxzon, might be an action figure for this toy, which was released in stores before the mode was released in the series.
- In Pick Your Poison, there is a mode that looks like this one, which is called Toxzon Hypnosis Serum, but the mode is a little like a lavender color than a purple color like this mode.
