Toxzon Hypnosis Serum is a Toxzon's fifth transformation. It's only appearance was in Pick Your Poison.

Season 1[]
Pick Your Poison[]
After being released from containment by an hypnotized Ultimate Elementor, Toxzon absorbs the toxin of the creature and turns into a new mode. He compliments Fishy for his idea of tricking N-Tek, but Max quickly attacks Toxzon. He commands Elementor to take on Max Steel while he watches. He later claims that his teamwork with Elementor would result in Max Steel's destruction and approaches the hero with the intent of finishing him off, but he is stopped by a missile from one of N-Tek's jets. Steel remembers about Turbo Clone Mode and they create an army of clones to face both Toxzon and Elementor, who are both outnumbered and eventually taken down. Ultimate Elementor regains their conscience afterwards and realizes that they were being controlled by Toxzon, making them extremely angry. They promptly go after Toxzon while he runs away from the creature.
Abilities[]
- Superhuman conditions: Much like Toxzon's main form, he has superhuman conditions such as strength and durability, being capable of withstanding a N-Tek missile and
- Claw generation: Toxzon can generate three giant claws on each of his gauntlets.
- Flight: Toxzon is capable of flying through toxic clouds generated by his gauntlets.
- Toxic projectiles: Toxzon can release toxic projectiles through his gauntlets.
Appearance[]
Toxzon's face/torso hoses and tanks are colored in a light shade of purple, while the other hoses on his upper arms and thighs have a dark shade of purple.

Trivia[]
- Toxzon's hypnosis serum form looks similar to his toxic bacteria mode due to the fact that both are purple.
- Along with his orange toxin form and flaming fuel mode, this is one of the three transformations in which Toxzon didn't created Goopanoids.
