The Planet Takion was the home planet of Takonians. It was stated by Makino in Full Metal Racket that Takion was one of the two planets, besides Earth, in the universe that have resisted to his attacks like no others.
History[]
At some point, Metallak sent his army of evil Ultralinks to attack Takion. Steel, one of his soldiers, spotted a Takonian warrior fending off the Ultralinks and decided to bond with him. The warrior stopped him however, and questioned him as to why his kind was attacking his world, of which the Ultralink stated that it was their purpose to "absorb and expand" for the glory of their leader, Makino. The Takonian told him that there was no glory in the destruction of innocent lives, causing Steel to question his ways. They are suddenly attacked by a Xenoshok, but Steel bonds with the warrior and saves his life. Ja'em Mk'rah, the Takonian, properly introduces himself to the Ultralink.[1] They use their Turbo Modes, such as Turbo Spike Mode, to combat other Ultralinks.[2]
Prior to Takion's destruction, Ja'em used a ship to store T.U.R.B.O. Energy from the planet, and escaped. He watched as Takion was consumed by the Alphalink and headed to Earth, which was Makino's next target.[3]
Inhabitants[]
The inhabitants of Takion are known as Takonians. Appearance-wise, they are indistinguishable to humans. They can leak T.U.R.B.O. energy from their eyes and hands.
Powers and abilities[]
Takonians naturally generate T.U.R.B.O. energy, which enhances their physical capabilities, offering them enhanced strength, agility and stamina. They use their energy to power other devices as well, such as blasters and turrets, as seen in The Legend of Ja'em Mk'rah. They also seemed to have a better control over their energy contrary to Maxwell.
Takonians count with advanced technology, as exemplified by Ja'em's alien ship.
It's possible that Takonians have the ability of surviving to the vacuum of space. After the Turbo Star incident, Ja'em was teleported to the vacuum of space and survived.
