Roberto 'Berto' Martinez, also known as Berto or Mr. Martinez, is an N-Tek Agent. He works for Commander Forge Ferrus, which is the co-Founder of N-Tek. He is a technical freak and also he works with technology and he can build robots, like C.Y.T.R.O, which is his robot. He isn't a good fighter, but he can use his robot to fight against villains, like for example, Toxzon. He is a friend of Maxwell McGrath and Steel. In the episode, Come Together Part Two, he looked like if he wanted to defeat Max Steel with his robots that he had, but they were defeated. Sometimes, him and Steel both work together for things he makes, like for example, Steel was involved in the making of the Turbo Cycle. He is voiced by Sam Vincent.
