New World Disorder is a three-part mini episode released in 2016.
Summary[]
Plot[]
Max and Steel are chasing Jason Naught, who has recently upgraded his armor with a jetpack. Unable to reach him with the Turbo Cycle, Max goes Turbo Nova, which surprises Steel. They fly directly to Naught, but end up surpassing him and crashing into a mountain instead. Going back to Copper Canyon, Max and Steel resume their pursuit after Naught, with the former having lots of difficulties in controlling the mode. Eventually, Max caught up with Jason and punches his face with one of his cannons. Naught activates a dome and electrocutes Max until he goes back to his Base mode and reveals that they had followed him to a trap. Dread appears, laughing maniacally.
Max and Steel are captured and taken to Dread's hideout, where he has his T.U.R.B.O. Energy drained. He reveals his intentions of using his energy to power his new army of Dread Naughts. Max and Steel activate Turbo Hydro Heat Mode and destroys the device that was sucking his energy. Upon seeing that they had escaped, Dread commands Naught to take care of them, but to no avail. Max uses the cannons to create steam and with Dread and Naught unable to see them, the duo easily takes the villains down. Max is suddenly cornered by Dread's new army of Dread Naughts powered by Max's energy, and Dread reveals that he had sent multiple T.U.R.B.O-powered missiles to wipe out Copper Canyon. He then declares that a new world disorder would begin and says goodbye to Max Steel while the robots approached them.
The robots easily overpower them, causing Max to go back to his Base mode. With thirty seconds remaining to Copper Canyon be destroyed, Miles tells Naught to get popcorn, stating that he would enjoy that. While Max and Steel are taking a beating, Dread tells them that they couldn't stop him and that his T.U.R.B.O. energy made two times more powerful than before. Max and Steel answer by turning into Turbo Cannon Spike Mode and releasing a massive blast that knocks down the robots. They eventually take down the entire army and both Dread and Naught just in time. Max declares that Miles' new world disorder would not happen and Dread attempts to get some of the robots' pieces to rebuild them later so they could destroy Max Steel. Steel mentions that T.U.R.B.O. Energy has the tendency of exploding and the pieces start to blow up as Dread and Naught are escaping.
