My Best Friend is an Ultralink is the seventeenth episode of Season 2 and forty-third episode of Max Steel. It was written by Mark Hoffmeier and directed by Ben Anderson. Unlike other episodes, it was first released on the official YouTube channel of Max Steel, but was only available in Spanish.
Synopsis[]
After Makino's invasion, Max Steel and Ven-Ghan are capturing the remaining Ultralinks on Earth. When Max's friends, Sydney, Kirby and Butch are linked, he and Ven must act swiftly before they join Makino's armada.

- While Steel is trying to talk with the group of evil Ultralinks, a red Stealth Ultralink bonds with a skeleton and becomes a Bone Link. His model incorrectly features a blue Fighter Ultralink.
