Morphos C.Y.T.R.O. Mode is Morphos' third transformation. It debuts in Dawn of Morphos.

While invading N-Tek's headquarters, Morphos faces C.Y.T.R.O., who has its powers copied by the creature. The robot attempts to get up, though Morphos delivers an energy blast that deactivates it.
In his last battle against Max Steel, Morphos changes back to his C.Y.T.R.O. mode and starts to shoot at rapid succession against Max. He is caught by a shot and crashes in a building, and Morphos uses the mode's cannon to fly and attacks Max, finally tossing him near a truck. The creature goes after him and tosses him around and deactivates his C.Y.T.R.O. mode to attack him with his Turbo Strength Mode.

- Superhuman Strength: Morphos is shown to be much stronger than an average individual.
- Superhuman Durability: Morphos has shown to be durable and resistant.
- Cannon: Morphos has access to a powerful cannon that is much stronger to that of C.Y.T.R.O.. It is able to fire at rapid succession and Morphos can use it to fly.
Appearance[]
Morphos' head, shoulders and partially thighs remains the same as his main mode. He gains C.Y.T.R.O.'s robotic limbs on his arms and legs, which have crystal-like stitches on the cannon, left forearm, thighs and left shin.
This mode becomes a part of Morphos Maximum Mode, in which he possesses the left leg of the robot.

Trivia[]
- It is the second mode in where Morphos has flight, with the second being Turbo Flight Mode.
- Unlike the other modes he got, this is the first mode that was originated from a robot, not a human or alien.
