“You are unworthy! —Makino's clones to the competitors, The Wrath of Makino
Makino's Clones were a group of minor villains introduced in the Max Steel movie saga. During the competition to determine who would heir Makino's power, he created a tireless army of mental projections to test the power of the competitor. They debuted in The Wrath of Makino and were voiced by Michael Dobson.
After entering the dome created by Makino's central processing unit, the competitors were greeted by a swarm of Makino clones to test their power. Using his Turbo Nova Mode, Maxwell defeated countless clones. He observed the progress of other competitors, with Metal Elementor succeeding while Water and Fire Elementor and a group of Ultralinks were having trouble. Fearing that one of the competitors would obtain Makino's unit, Max tells Steel to unlink and find the device. He is swarmed by various clones, but manages to fend them off and escape.
The clones ceased to exist after Makino's central processing unit was obtained by Maxwell.
Abilities[]
Superhuman Strength: As noted by Max, they are nearly as strong as the original Makino. They can easily overpower their opponent as they attack in groups.
Weaknesses[]
Durability Limit: While the original Makino was capable of withstanding the attack of various of Max's Turbo Modes, his clones are notably weaker as they were easily vaporized with a T.U.R.B.O.-charged burst of Turbo Nova Mode.
Appearance[]
Their appearance are nearly the same as Makino's Humanoid Battle Form. Their armor have a darker shade to them and the Ultralink eye on their forehead is missing.
