Kathleen Barr (born April 6, 1967) is a Canadian voice actress. She is also the sister of Professor Mark Lyle Barr (English professor) at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is the voice of some characters in the Max Steel (2013 TV Series). She voiced Katherine 'Kat' Ryan, Cute Girl, Security Voice, and Laser-Lass.
