He was selling hot dogs on Copper Canyon steets and happily sold one to Alex, who was very hungry. He was later infected and became a robot zombie and started to wander the streets. Rayne later indentified him and Max asked if he was okay, but he only shouted the word "brains". Upon seeing that, Alex threw up the hot dog that he was eating.
After the Technopocalypse ended, the hot dog vendor was seen selling a hot dog to a woman.

He is bald, has brown eyes and badly shaven beard. He wears a brown hat, a light green apron over a black, red and white t-shirt, black pants and black shoes.

- Unlike other robot zombies, his clothes didn't became a part of his zombie form, as he was wearing his hat and green apron.
