Fire and Metal Elementor is the fusion of Fire and Metal Elementor. He debuted in Turbo-Warriors and were voiced by Andrew Francis.

Turbo-Warriors[]
After Team Turbo overpowered the Elementors, Metallak decides to fuse himself with Fire while Water and Earth fuses with each other. Fire and Metal managed to temporarily take down La Fiera and was about to finish him off until Tempestra intervened using an ice ray. He accidentally unfused Water and Earth thanks to Tempestra, who tricked him. Earth attempted to fuse with Fire and Metal Elementor, but he refused and pushed him away. He is ultimately separated after C.Y.T.R.O. hits his energy core with his drill.
Abilities[]
- Superhuman Strength: Due to Fire and Metal Elementor's heavy and large size, they are considerably stronger than an average individual.
- Superhuman Durability: His armor is incredibly resistant, being capable of enduring various blows from Team Turbo.
- Pyrokinesis: He inherits Fire Elementor's control over fire.
- Ferrokinesis: He inherits Metal Elementor's control over metal.
- Terror Energy Generation: Fire and Metal Elementor possesses the ability of Terror Energy generation, since their primal forms also had this capability.
- Unlimited Stamina: Terror Energy offers him unlimited stamina, allowing him to fight for long periods without needing to rest.

- Knuckle: Inherited from Metal Elementor's individual form, Fire and Metal carry a giant knuckle-like weapon with sharp edges.
- Blade: Fire and Metal Elementor has a blade attached to his left arm that he uses to attack his foes.
Weaknesses[]
- Energy Core: Fire and Metal's weak spot is his purple energy core, located on their forehead. Once broken, they were reverted to their normal forms.
- Ice: He is vulnerable to ice, as he was temporarily weakened and disoriented after being shot by a continuous ice ray made by Tempestra.
Appearance[]
Fire and Metal Elementor's body resembles the latter's body, but instead of silver, it is orange and emanates flames. He has a irregular and spiky segment that goes from his head to his back, shoulder pads, a breastplate, a metallic blade on his left arm, few irregular rocks on his forearm and hands, three fingers, metallic thigh pads and four toes. He is also around three times bigger than a regular Elementor.

- It was the second fusion where Metallak, a Megalink, is involved. The first was Mega-Elementor.
