- There was a TV spot produced for this figure and Mega Morphos in 2016.
- This figure in specific was inspired by the Turbo Sled from Team Turbo, although that Max uses the vehicle on his Turbo Base Mode.
- It was the second Turbo Speed Mode figure to feature its design featured on the second season, with the first being Speed Spike Max Steel from the 2015 toy line.
