Colonel Jasper F. Castle is a minor villain introduced in Uncle Sam Wants You!. Initially introducing himself as an ally for Max and Steel, he was bent on taking down Miles Dread, yet in truth he was allied with him. He is voiced by Lee Tockar.

Season 1[]
Uncle Sam Wants You![]
After stopping the Thieves, Max and Steel are surrounded by Colonel Jasper's army. The duo accidentally ends up attacking them, causing the army to fight back. They easily handle the army until they are interrupted by Colonel Jasper, who introduces himself to them and tells them they mean no harm. He invites them to go to his base to show it around.
Arriving there, Colonel mentions about N-Tek and is shown to be aware of Miles Dread's activities since his rampage on Come Together Part Three. He asks Max and Steel if they could work for them, stating that he was impressed of what he did with his forces and combined with his skills, they would be capable of taking down Dread for good.
When Jason Naught attacks Copper Canyon with an army of Dread Naughts, Max and N-Tek are sent to stop him, yet Colonel's army manages to overpower the villains. Jasper was decided on taking Naught as his prisoner, until Forge intervened stating that he should come with them. They start to argue and Max attempts to intervene, yet Ferrus tells them to stay out it. Colonel states that it was much of his business as it was for N-Tek and mentions about the secrets and the true mission of N-Tek that Forge was kepting from them. He stays quiet and Jasper commands his army to take Naught and tells Max that his offer was still up.
Castle later on sends a message to Max and Steel to meet him. Afer arriving at their headquarters, the colonel reveals that Naught had told them about Dread's whereabouts and was staging something in a base on the canyons. While going there, Castle tells Max to cut his contact with N-Tek so Dread wouldn't find them. After Dread shows up, Castle decides to take on Miles by himself, though he is hit by an energy blast from one of his cannons. Max attempts to help him, only to be caught by Dread while Castle reveals that he and his army (with the exception of Major Parker) was working for him all along. He imprisons Parker, who questions him how he could betray his country and he tells him that it didn't matter as Dread was paying them a large amount of money.
Eventually, N-Tek arrives at Dread's base and fight back. Castle is confronted by Forge, who attemps to escape. He is caught by Parker, who attacks him and causes him to faint. He is later on taken into custody by N-Tek.

Castle is a tall adult man with a slightly muscular body type. He has brown hair, blue eyes, a brown mustache and wears a white shirt over an army uniform and black boots. He also wore a faded green hat.

Initially, Colonel introduced himself as an ally for Max and Steel and seemed honest towards them, of which they appreciated. He attempted to make them join his side to take down Dread, but he is later on revealed to be one of Miles' allies and that he had paid him and his army a large amount of money to pay for him.
Commander Forge Ferrus[]
Forge and Castle are enemeies. Despite the latter is aware of N-Tek's existence and knows a bit about Ferrus, they first met after Naught's rampage on Copper Canyon and argued about who was going to take him. He knew about N-Tek's true mission and what they were hiding, of which he used to intimidate Forge and lure Max. After his betrayal, Ferrus was shown to be very angry towards him, stating that he was a disgrace for the uniform he wore.
Miles Dread[]
Dread and Castle were allies. Prior to the events of the episode, he paid a large amount of money for Castle and his army to work for him.
