After Max and Steel stopped the Thieves, the army approached them. After the duo accidentally attacked them, the army fights back yet they are outpowered by Max Steel. Colonel Jasper eventually intervenes, stating that they meant no harm and introduces himself. Major Parker, the newest member of his army, reports to his colonel that their forces were reduced to scrap.
Jason Naught goes on a rampage at Copper Canyon along with his army of Dread Naughts. They are successfully stopped by the Castle and his army, who later on take Naught as a prisoner. He eventually reveals about Miles Dread's hideout, and Castle contacts Max and Steel to raid the place along with his army. After they arrive there, Castle reveals that he was working for Dread all along and that he haid paid them large amounts of money to work for him. They imprison Parker, who is angry at Castle's betrayal. He eventually manages to free himself and stop Jasper by himself.

Castle's army wear a faded green military jumpsuit with black boots. They often appear wearing green military helmets.
