When Max was called by Ven-Ghan to find Evil Ultralinks, Max goes to a dead end, but he didn't knew that he was being chased by school bullies. Later, Sydney and Kirby appears, in an attempt to save Max, until they are attacked by three Ultralinks, wherein Butch is possessed by an unknown Ultralink.
When Butch, Syd and Kirby follow max to a dead end, they are linked with Evil Ultralinks. They start to attack Max, and Butch attacks Max Steel with brute strength, being responsible of its defeat. After Ven-Ghan appears, Steel finds the Ultralinks and goes after them, but in the process they are defeated by them, and they end up in a empty water reservoir.
There, Butch was the last of being unlinked of its Ultralink, and was only able because Max remembered the dance games that they played together, and makes him attack the other Ultralinks. Later, he is unlinked of his Ultralink by Ven-Ghan.
Abilities
Enhanced Strength: His main ability is the brute strength, that was able to take down Max Steel for some seconds.
Trivia
His armor is similiar to american football clothing. This is mostly due to the fact that Butch was holding a bag with his equipments.
While he was being unlinked of his Ultralink, he was laughing.
