“Do not fail this time. —Black Star Council Councilor to Ven-Ghan, The Ultralink Hunter
The Black Star Councilor (or Hooded Figure[1]) is a minor character introduced in the second season of Max Steel. He is a mysterious alien who helps the members of the Black Star Council by giving them information about their targets. He debuted in The Ultralink Hunter, being voiced by Trevor Devall. He is later voiced by Giles Panton in his last appearance.
The councilor comments with Ven-Ghan about capturing any and all renegade Ultralink and bringing them to justice. The hunter assures that he would succeed in his mission. The councilor warns him to not fail once again.
Ragnok contacts the Black Star Council demanding his reward for capturing an evil Ultralink. He gives him the mission of capturing Ven-Ghan and Steel, as the former had betrayed the council.
After Ragnok's defeat at the hands of Ven-Ghan, the councilor scolds him. The hunter assures that he would bring Ven-Ghan to justice, even if it was the last thing he did.
Appearance[]
The councilor wears a coat that covers his entire body. It has an opening with the shape of a star on the face region.
Personality[]
The councilor is a serious and strict individual who doesn't tolerates it when someone fails in the mission they were given.
